De nombreux joueurs de notre championnat ont rejoint leurs équipes nationales respectives. Si tous n'ont pas joué, il y en a qui ont fait une forte impression. C'est le cas de Kenny Saief, qui a fêté sa première titularisation avec les Etats-Unis, en battant le Paraguay (1-0).
L'ailier anderlechtois a été à la base de quelques belles actions et s'est montré très dangereux à plusieurs reprises. Saief a épaté les supporters américains lorsqu'il a mis trois hommes dans le vent. Sur les réseaux sociaux, il a reçu pas mal d'éloges: On l'a même comparé à Mohamed Salah.
